GRUDGE METAL INSPIRATIONS

Here's a list of the many bands and specific songs that inspired grudge metal. Whether in the lyrics or the instruments, listening to these songs should give you an idea of what actual grudge metal would sound like; basically, if Grudge had been around back then, some of these songs might have genre'd in it. As you can see from the following list, I imagine Grudge having influences from Nu Metal and Industrial mainly, but I'm also open to it having elements of blues rock, punk, and of course, grunge. Maybe some synth pop thrown in, but it better be more like And One. All pop is gay except for And One and a few others. And I don't mean gay as in homosexual. Or happy.

"I stole your girl who was my girl I always said she's a whore"

KMFDM:

"Tokyo, Moscow, Chicago, Madrid: The world rotates to the Ultra-Heavy Beat!"

(Funny how KMFDM's best albums in terms of overall songs are all the ones with red-white-black art. But, hey, it's black and red - the colors of my soul!)
